Bank of Khyber signs MoU with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar to Establish its first Women-Centric Branch with All-Women Staff

Bank of Khyber (BoK) has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar (SBBWU) for it's first-ever women-centric branch, which will be exclusively staffed by women. Sher Muhammad, Group Head Conventional Banking, BoK, and Prof. Dr Sadia Ahmed, Vice Chancellor of SBBWU, signed the formal agreement. Zarak Khan, Head liabilities & Business, BoK; Irshad Siraj, Head Institutional liabilities, BoK, and Sana Younas, Deputy treasurer were present along with other senior representatives of both the organizations.

 

Under the terms of the MoU, BoK will extend its expertise in its banking services, ensuring a seamless and supportive financial experience for the women associated with SBBWU. The MoU also outlines the provision of BoK’s Pay Plus Current Account and Consumer Finance Facilities to the employees of SBBWU on favorable terms. This initiative aims to facilitate easy and accessible banking services, empowering the academic community with financial tools tailored to their needs.
